Okay, probably should update you all on some details on what is going on with us.

We got down here on Saturday. I knew that we'd have to move to a new hotel room, which was fine, but then learned that we'd have to completely move out for one day before being able to move back into a new room.

So, I spent most of Sunday looking for a new room, eventually finding one on Monday. I ran into a lot of a) high prices or b) situations where we couldn't get a room straight through to the 28th, which is when we'll begin the final move to our duplex. Assuming we get that of course. I've told the landlord we'll take it, but I still had to submit a rental application - so it is not a for sure.

The kids are in school, having their first day on Monday. I got lost taking Ian to school, despite Julie's good directions. He got there well enough, but just a little late.

Speaking of Julie, she's been doing an excellent job keeping our cramped living conditions organized and together.

Our next move comes on the 14th, when we'll check out of our current hotel and move to a new one, where we will stay until the time comes to finally make the big move.

Last note, we may have some interest on our house. The open house on Sunday went well.
